Job Summary


We are looking for a Senior Interior Architect or an Architect with at least 10 years of intensive on-site experience. This role is not limited to design only, but focuses on the meticulous execution of the design vision. You will be responsible for ensuring that the final execution matches the required five-star luxury standards in high-end residential projects, hospitality, and fine dining restaurants.


Main Requirements


Educational Qualification:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.



Experience:


Professional experience of at least 10 years, with a significant portion spent on-site managing luxury finishing works.



Portfolio:


A portfolio of proven projects in the following sectors must be presented:


5-star hotels: Luxury global hotel brands


Fine Dining: Restaurants with advanced design concepts and complex materials


Ultra-luxury residential projects: Palaces or homes for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)



Artistic Proficiency:


High ability to read, review, and correct detailed execution plans (Shop Drawings) and complex carpentry works.



Material Knowledge:


Deep understanding of luxury materials such as:


Rare marble


Specialized metals


Rare luxury woods


With a precise knowledge of the requirements for installing these materials.



Detailed Responsibilities


Commitment to Design:


Ensure that the site execution strictly conforms to the approved luxury plans.



Quality Control:


Conduct snagging works and address de-snagging according to a defect-free standard for luxury finishes.



Supplier Management:


Manage specialized contractors and artisans to ensure high-quality craftsmanship execution.



On-site Coordination:


Link the design office with the actual execution site to resolve technical conflicts immediately.
