Role Description:This is a full-time on-site position located in Dammam. You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling customer service inquiries

Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in clerical skills, including organizing files and managing schedules
- Strong communication skills for effective interpersonal and written interactions
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
- Proficiency in customer service and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
