About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electrical, Electronics, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in instrumentation and control systems within industrial project environments (*, energy, chemicals, oil & gas, industrial gases).
• Hands-on exposure to Process Automation Systems (PAS), Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and vendor-supplied control systems.

About the Role

Almarai Company, a prominent entity in the MENA region's food and beverage sector and recognized as the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company, is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This position is integral to optimizing farm production and profitability through meticulous planning and organization of all farm activities within the designated areas of responsibility, ensuring the most efficient use of available resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize farm production and profit by effectively planning and organizing all farm activities within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure the most efficient utilization of all available resources at the farm.
• Finalize and implement the daily production plan in collaboration with the Production Management team, coordinating production and maintenance activities.
• Conduct internal quality and HACCP audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Propose modifications and process optimizations to enhance the service level of the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• A Certificate in Supervisory Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a Poultry or Food environment.
• Proven experience in finalizing and implementing daily production plans with the Production Management team, covering both production and maintenance aspects.
• Experience in conducting internal quality and HACCP audits.
• Ability to propose modifications and process optimizations to improve departmental service levels.
• Strong people management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
