Job Description for Waiter/Waitress:
Job Title: Waiter
Department: Food and Beverage
Location: As needed (Restaurant/Club/Event)
Direct Manager: Floor Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Presenting the menu and answering customer inquiries.
- Accurately taking orders and delivering them to the kitchen.
- Serving food and beverages to guests according to standards.
- Monitoring guest needs during the meal and addressing any comments promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables and work area.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Saudi national (as per localization requirements).
- High school diploma at a minimum.
- Previous experience in hospitality (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Appropriate appearance and positive behavior.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility in working hours (morning/evening shifts).
