We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of our branches.

The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience in the store.

Main tasks:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right products.

• Achieving the sales goals set for the branch.

• Organizing and arranging products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

• Working days 6 days a week, 8 working hours including one hour break

• Flexibility to work with changing shifts (working one shift but it can be changed based on need)

• Available shifts (Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth

• Collaborate with various IDEC teams to develop proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and address inquiries
• Develop technical documentation, shop drawings, user manuals, and training sessions
• Monitor delivery, installation, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct ocular & site visits for project specification/data gathering
• Facilitate training sessions for clients

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and present technical proposals
• Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and build relationships with clients
• Negotiate contracts and participate in sales meetings and industry events
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors

• Collaborate to analyze and test new products
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Gather client feedback for product improvement

• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Coordinating sales activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
