• Track attendance records and process leave requests.
• Ensure all employees are aware of HR policies and distribute necessary copies.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Track employee attendance for training courses.
• Compile information regarding overtime hours and changes affecting salaries.
• Enter data into the payroll system.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
