We will rely on you to ensure the availability of all necessary technical and human resources to ensure that daily operations run with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:- Participating in developing the main objectives of administrative affairs.
- Supervising the development and implementation of plans, programs, and projects.
- Ensuring the existence of accurate metrics to monitor the achievement of objectives.
- Overseeing the fulfillment of the needs of other organizational units for administrative services.
- Following up on the implementation of the administrative systems and instructions issued by senior management.
- Preparing and drafting summaries and reports and presenting them to senior management.
