Main Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee employee attendance monitoring and vacation procedures.
- Apply annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures.
- Handle employee complaints and inquiries professionally and update their information.
- Prepare documents and specialized reports related to human resources operations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Executive Secretary.
- Professional certifications such as (CIPD-CPP, SPHR-CA) preferred.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and communications.
Required Skills:- Advanced skills in supervision, billing, and reporting.
- Strong training and consulting capabilities.
- Knowledge of monitoring employee absenteeism and creating documented procedures.
