Job Title:
Digital Marketer (Specialized in Creating UGC – User Generated Content)
🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities:
Innovate marketing content ideas in UGC format that align with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
Shooting and editing short videos directed at platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat).
Analyze trending content (Trends) and exploit them to increase organic reach.
Write scripts and prepare realistic promotional texts in a user style rather than a brand style.
Manage the publication schedule and coordinate outputs with the marketing and paid advertising team.
Test different types of videos (Experience, Review, Tips, Before and After, Reaction, etc.).
Measure marketing performance of content through analysis tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Collaborate with influencers or real clients to generate authentic content from their experiences.
Improve CTR and ROAS through optimizing visual and verbal messaging in the content.
Ensure consistency in the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all published videos.
⚙️ Skills and Requirements:
Practical experience in managing UGC content or marketing through short videos.
Ability to shoot and edit using mobile and simple tools.
Good understanding of social platforms and audience behavior on them.
Skill in writing realistic and engaging ad scripts.
Creative personality capable of thinking from the customer's perspective.
Speed in execution and ability to produce daily or weekly content of high quality.
Knowledge of analysis methods and reading marketing results.
💼 Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing content for emerging brands is preferred.
