Job Title: Recreational Center Supervisor (Bowling)

Job Objective:

Supervising the operation of the bowling center and ensuring a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for visitors, by managing the team, maintaining service quality, monitoring maintenance, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Supervising Daily Operations:

   • Organizing the work schedule and monitoring employee compliance.

   • Ensuring the efficient operation of all bowling lanes and other facilities.

   • Continuously monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hall and equipment.

2. Customer Service:

   • Welcoming visitors and ensuring their satisfaction.

   • Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.

   • Supervising group reservations and special events.

3. Team Management:

   • Training and guiding new employees.

   • Promoting a positive and motivational work environment.

4. Maintenance and Safety:

Ensure the accurate and organized input, updating, and storage of all data and documents, while facilitating their retrieval and maintaining their confidentiality and quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Inputting daily data into electronic systems (such as Excel, ERP) with accuracy and according to approved templates.

• Data auditing and ensuring it is free from errors or duplication before saving.

• Archiving paper and digital documents and classifying them within a clear folder structure.

• Managing physical archives: organizing files, numbering them, and storing them in designated locations.

• Conducting periodic backups of digital data and ensuring its integrity and ease of retrieval.

• Quickly searching for documents and information requested by different departments.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of information and adhering to protection and privacy policies.

• Preparing monthly reports on the status of the archive and the rates of data entry completion.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or above (preferably a diploma or bachelor's in office management or information technology).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management systems.

Human Resources Officer

General Objective:
Ensure the execution of all human resources procedures and services efficiently and support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, achieving the company's goals and promoting a productive work environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process: posting ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.

• Prepare employment contracts and monthly payrolls according to the Saudi labor law.

• Monitor attendance and departure as well as vacations, and update records in the human resources system.

• Coordinate training and development programs and conduct annual performance evaluations.

• Manage discipline files: warnings, violations, and terminations, while adhering to legal procedures.

• Provide support and consultations to employees regarding their job-related issues (vacations, insurance, promotions).

• Prepare periodic reports (employee turnover rate, vacation percentages, performance indicators).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and regulations of the human resources office.

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field (such as psychology or counseling).
• She must hold a certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and a valid professional license to practice social work.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work with diverse student categories and their families.
• Proficiency in counseling techniques and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of child development and educational psychology.
• 23 years of experience in social work, preferably in an educational environment.
