About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator / Executive, you will be at the heart of our sales and operations team, supporting our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and outstanding service delivery. You will work closely with technologies such as ID card printers, access control systems, biometric solutions, and identity management platforms — providing both operational support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sales operations, order processing, and documentation
  • Handle partner and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Provide product demonstrations and basic training sessions
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Maintain and track sales records, reports, and performance metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 23 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer support
  • Experience in security, access control, or identity technologies is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Holds a valid Saudi driving license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
