We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in our manufacturing facility located in Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless coordination of various supply chain functions including production planning, warehousing, logistics, and procurement. Your leadership will be essential in aligning our supply chain operations with the broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the factory’s supply chain strategy, develop integrated systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Material & Production Planning: Manage demand planning, ensure material availability, and oversee production scheduling.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Supervise warehouse activities and inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Customer Service & Logistics Oversight: Ensure timely flow of goods, monitor logistics KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • ERP (SAP) System Ownership: Manage supply chain modules in SAP and lead system enhancements.
  • Team Management & Capability Building: Develop your team and foster a culture of improvement.
  • Reporting, Controls & Compliance: Deliver timely reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing)
  • Minimum 1012 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setup, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in FMCG or Home/Personal Care product manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with KSA market and import/export regulations is essential.
