About the Job:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building talent pipelines, coordinating with project leaders, and ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality candidates to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with project managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to project timelines, industry requirements, and candidate availability.
- Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Oversee onboarding processes in coordination with HR and project teams for a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or contractors as needed.
- Coordinate internal mobility and redeployment of existing staff between projects when possible.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a project-based or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple roles across different levels and functions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
- Familiarity with regional labor markets and compliance regulations (if applicable).
Preferred Skills:- Experience in consultancy, engineering, construction, or similar project-based industries.
- Prior recruitment experience in the MENA region or Gulf market (if relevant).
- Ability to scale recruitment quickly to meet project ramp-up needs.
