- Ensuring compliance with kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a renowned hotel or restaurant. Preference will be given to those with luxury international brand experience. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems is preferred.
