Key Responsibilities

  • Perform heat treatment operations strictly in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate execution of heat treatment processes.
  • Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required by operational procedures.
  • Safely and effectively operate and utilize heat treatment equipment, including furnaces, fixtures, thermocouples, and associated hand tools.
  • Conduct inspections of parts both before and after heat treatment processes to verify conformance to quality requirements.
