Receiving complaints and feedback from customers, handling them quickly and effectively, or escalating them to the direct supervisor. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and reception points. Monitoring the availability of promotional materials and offers and informing customers about them. Complying with operational instructions and the center's security and safety policies. Recording customer data and daily visits according to the approved forms.
