• Operating the center's devices and games according to approved instructions and procedures.

• Welcoming visitors at the games and explaining how to use them and safety instructions.

• Ensuring the readiness and safety of the devices before use.

• Immediate reporting of any malfunctions or technical issues in the devices to the maintenance team or management.

• Organizing waiting lines at the games and applying queue systems.

• Monitoring tickets or entry cards for the games according to the system.

• Implementing general safety rules within the games area.

• Providing assistance and support to customers during use or in case of any emergency.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the devices and the surrounding area.

• Adhering to work schedules and official attire and center instructions.

Arabic language teacher and English language. Working in a child hospitality center is a condition of experience.

Job Objective:

Supervising the operation of the bowling center and ensuring a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for visitors, by managing the team, maintaining service quality, monitoring maintenance, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

1. Supervising Daily Operations:

   • Organizing the work schedule and monitoring employee compliance.

   • Ensuring the efficient operation of all bowling lanes and other facilities.

   • Continuously monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hall and equipment.

2. Customer Service:

   • Welcoming visitors and ensuring their satisfaction.

   • Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.

   • Supervising group reservations and special events.

3. Team Management:

   • Training and guiding new employees.

   • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback for improvement.

   • Promoting a positive and motivational work environment.

4. Maintenance and Safety:

   • Monitoring periodic maintenance of equipment in coordination with technicians.

   • Ensuring the implementation of health and safety standards.

5. Administrative Aspects:

   • Preparing daily/weekly reports on hall performance and revenues.

Providing a clear and simplified explanation of the center's services and activities (bowling - billiards - games - cafe - entertainment shows). Organizing special reservations for bowling or halls or parties according to the center's policies. Following up on customer requests and coordinating with internal departments (cashier - games department - supervisors) to fulfill requests. Receiving complaints and feedback from customers, handling them quickly and effectively, or escalating them to the direct supervisor. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and reception points. Monitoring the availability of promotional materials and offers and informing customers about them. Complying with operational instructions and the center's security and safety policies. Recording customer data and daily visits according to the approved forms.
