Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer – Survey to oversee and execute surveying operations for our ongoing projects in Jeddah. The role focuses on land surveying, site measurements, and ensuring the accuracy of construction layouts in compliance with engineering designs and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic and land surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Prepare and review survey reports, maps, and CAD drawings.
• Verify site conditions and existing levels before construction activities begin.
• Ensure proper setting out of construction elements as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure survey accuracy.
• Monitor and record all field survey data and maintain updated documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project specifications.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• 35 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong experience using survey tools and software (*, Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Knowledge of Saudi land survey standards and local authority requirements.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform precise site marking.
• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudi applicants).

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in managing QMS based on ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; experience in the optical industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and customer-centric mindset.
• Good organizational skills with a passion for driving results.
