Responsibilities:- Deliver consistent, professional, and engaging service to guests.
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and log necessary reports.
- Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings to review priorities.
- Ensure Room Attendants are informed about daily priorities and follow departmental policies.
- Report maintenance needs and follow safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Training skills and experience with Hotel Property Management Systems like Micros-Fidelio are valuable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to stand and walk constantly throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 lbs.
- Capable of kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
