As an ERP software sales specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing sales efforts and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our ERP solutions can improve their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify potential customers: Research potential clients in targeted sectors and markets.
🔹 Sales presentations and demonstrations: Deliver engaging and professional presentations to potential customers.
🔹 Build customer relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to offer tailored ERP solutions.
🔹 Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes and complete deals under mutually beneficial terms.
🔹 Close deals: Ability to finalize deals on the best possible terms.
🔹 Market familiarity: Keep up with the latest market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams and technical team to ensure necessary support for sales efforts.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or any related field is preferred.
✔ Experience: A minimum of 3 years of field experience in ERP software sales.
✔ Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various sectors.
✔ Sales skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
✔ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
✔ Interpersonal skills: Ability to build effective relationships and work with diverse teams and clients.
✔ Technical understanding: Ability to quickly grasp and convey ERP solution features and benefits efficiently.
✔ Fieldwork: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience working with local or regional ERP systems.
✅ Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
✅ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales tracking software.
