Join our team as a Sales Coordinator!
As a Sales Coordinator at Jotun, you will play an essential role in providing administrative and sales support to our sales and marketing team. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that customers' needs are met and that our department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the daily activities of Project & Retail sales, including handling paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders, and bids.
  • Support the sales staff with follow-ups on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) collections.
  • Coordinate communication between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer inquiries and assist with price variations in collaboration with Customer Service.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Support function.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.

  • Proactive and responsible in achieving results.
  • Ability to build a useful network of contacts and relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, presenting effectively and clearly.
