Job Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Conduct vendor review meetings and assist in onboarding.
- Data & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel. Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends.
- Process & Compliance: Support procurement teams and ensure vendor adherence to policies. Maintain documentation for audits.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and track deliverables and contract renewals.
