Customer service representative is required to work in the call center of a leading company in the services field, where the job requires communication with customers in a highly professional manner, responding to their inquiries, solving their problems, and coordinating their reservations. The job includes the following tasks: receiving phone calls, recording and documenting customer requests in the system, following up on complaints until resolved, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the best service is provided.
