We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure proper calibration before and during production runs.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality, taking corrective actions when required.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
  • Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately in the system or logs.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs.
  • Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or technical certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in operating manufacturing or packaging machines is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and production processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work shifts and in a team-oriented environment.
