1) Reception and Guidance: Welcoming guests upon their arrival and leading them to their tables warmly.
2) Reservation Management: Organizing table reservations (by phone or online) and arranging seating.
3) Wait Time Management: Monitoring wait times and waitlists during peak hours skillfully.
4) Menu Presentation: Providing menus to guests and introducing the name of the host.
5) Bidding Farewell to Guests: Greeting customers upon their departure and thanking them to ensure a positive final impression.
