Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements in English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company interests.
- Analyze contractual risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Provide timely legal support on contractual, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Maintain knowledge of Saudi Companies Law and ensure compliance.
- Support dispute-related matters, including arbitration clauses and cross-border contract reviews.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, signature, and storage.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and prepare necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Skills & Qualifications:- Strong drafting and review skills in English and Arabic.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Companies Law and commercial regulations.
- Knowledge of international arbitration concepts.
