Join Edama as a Senior Procurement SpecialistIn this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities to support our recycling operations. Your expertise will help shape the procurement strategies that align with our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sourcing and vendor selection processes for optimal contract management and delivery oversight.
- Develop strategies that ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability in all procurement activities.
- Evaluate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and compliance with environmental standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms to maximize value and minimize risks.
- Monitor supplier performance and adhere to service levels and quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for inventory management.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies and contract management.
