Key Responsibilities:- Manage schedules and organize meetings and events.
- Prepare reports, official correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Organize files and maintain both electronic and physical records.
- Monitor emails and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Track performance indicators and quality, documenting administrative procedures.
Skills and Requirements:- Practical experience in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office programs.
- Full-time availability.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in coordination, organization, and quality management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Previous experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
