Key Responsibilities:- Personalized Service: Serve as the primary contact for guests, offering intuitive assistance from pre-arrival to departure.
- Guest Arrival & Departure: Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences within the privacy of the guest’s accommodations.
- Valet Services: Oversee packing, unpacking, garment pressing, and shoe shining to the highest standards.
- Food & Beverage Coordination: Manage in-villa dining experiences, ensuring excellence in service and presentation.
- Experience Curation: Anticipate guest preferences to create unique and sensory journeys.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with all operational teams to enhance guest experiences.
- Brand Philosophy: Uphold the brand’s luxury philosophy in every interaction.
- Standards & Compliance: Maintain hygiene and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
- Sustainability: Promote local cultural experiences while integrating sustainability practices.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in luxury hospitality, preferably in Butler service or Front Office management.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with attention to detail.
- Language: Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of luxury service etiquette and cultural values of Saudi Arabia.
- Pre-opening Experience: Highly desirable.
