Responsibilities:- Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all finance and accounting for KSA operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processing to comply with Saudi Labor Law and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Accounting Records: Ensure financial records meet KSA statutory requirements.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Lead budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against projections.
- Treasury Management: Handle cash flow, banking, and financial transactions to ensure liquidity.
- Liaison with Parent Company: Act as the primary finance contact, aligning practices with group policies.
- Support for Joint Venture: Aid in financial planning for a potential joint venture company.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of financial experience, ideally in mining or heavy industry.
- Proven payroll management and statutory reporting skills.
