To build strong and sustainable relationships with customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience based on gaining trust and loyalty, and guiding customers in a refined manner to choose perfumes that suit their tastes and personal occasions.

📌 Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Creating a luxurious experience: warmly welcoming customers and highlighting the values of generosity and good hospitality throughout their stay in the exhibition.
• Building relationships and loyalty: Establishing excellent and personal relationships with customers within the bounds of mutual respect, turning the first visit into lasting loyalty to the brand.
• Customized fragrance consultations: Understanding the customer's taste and needs, and providing suitable fragrance recommendations in an enjoyable and exciting manner.
• Managing the showroom: maintaining the elegant and sophisticated appearance of the exhibition, ensuring that products are displayed in a manner befitting global luxury.

• Linguistic Communication: Complete mastery of Arabic (native language) in an elegant and refined manner, with excellent proficiency in English.
• Social Intelligence: An excellent reader of people and their body language, with the ability to anticipate customer expectations.
• Initiative and Problem Solving: Proactive in customer service, possessing a high intuition in dealing with problems and taking responsibility with awareness and intelligence.

• Work Days: 6 days a week (one day off per week).
• Working Hours: 9 hours daily (shifts will be coordinated later).
