We are looking for a specialist in recruiting and activating Saudis who will be responsible for attracting national talents, following up with them, activating them, and developing them in suitable job opportunities, in a way that achieves their sales targets, raises the efficiency and performance of the national workforce, and contributes to achieving localization goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Saudi candidates according to approved job needs.
- Coordinating with relevant authorities to achieve localization targets.
- Activating accepted candidates and directly monitoring work.
- Publishing job advertisements through recruitment platforms and various communication channels.
- Conducting interviews (remotely) and sorting and analyzing CVs.
- Following up on training, qualification, development, and activation of national competencies.
- Monitoring the job performance of Saudi employees and submitting periodic reports.
- Improving the experience of the Saudi candidate and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Building and updating a comprehensive database of Saudi candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A suitable university degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent).
- Experience of no less than 5 years in recruiting Saudis or localization programs.
- Good knowledge of human resources systems and related regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to train, develop, and follow up on job performance.
- High communication skills, excellent organization, and effective time management.
- Proficiency in using electronic recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work remotely independently and professionally.
