Join Hilton as a Food and Beverage Manager!As a Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our Food and Beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service for our guests. This role involves training staff, working within budgeted guidelines, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Recruit, manage, and develop the Food and Beverage team.
- Manage guest queries efficiently.
- Work within budgeted guidelines related to Food, Liquor, and Payroll costs.
- Set departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
- Develop menus with the team.
- Conduct monthly stock takes.
- Incentivize team members to maximize revenue.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.
- Ensure communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes.
- Promote environmental awareness and maintain good relationships with other departments.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.
What We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate will have management and/or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, a track record of meeting financial targets, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be dedicated to developing yourself and your team and be flexible to adapt to various work situations.
Experience and Skills:- A degree in a relevant area is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
