Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging content that reflects our brand identity and elevates our marketing and communication efforts. You will be responsible for designing digital and print assets, social media content, and campaign visuals that connect effectively with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual materials aligned with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Create campaign visuals for both digital and print platforms.
• Develop engaging social media content and ad creatives.
• Prepare designs for presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing collateral.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and graphics using professional tools.
• Produce video content, including reels, ads, and promotional edits.
• Create motion graphics and animations when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative output.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual direction and creative concepts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong experience in video editing and production.
• Proven hands-on experience in Motion Graphics and Animation is highly preferred.
• Experience using AI creative and design tools (AI image generation, AI video, automation tools, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of modern design and social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.

Industry & Technical Preference:

• Previous experience working in the Fitness, Gym, or Sports industry is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing for mobile applications (Apps) or digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Understanding of UI visuals, in-app creatives, and performance marketing assets is a plus.

We are looking for a creative and skilled marketing specialist to join our team to develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies, and manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market analysis and competitor research, preparing innovative marketing content, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to achieve the company's commercial goals. This position requires experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work within a dynamic team.
