Field Sales Representative for Cash Register Product
General Objective:
Promote and sell cash register systems to targeted customers in the targeted markets, while achieving the set sales goals and increasing the company's market share.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion:
• Introduce customers to the features and benefits of the cash register systems offered by the company.
• Provide demonstrations (Demos) for potential clients to understand how the system works.
2. Finding New Clients:
• Visit retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets to present the offered solutions.
• Identify suitable markets and sectors for the product (retail, services, hospitality, etc.).
3. Achieving Sales Goals:
• Commit to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers until sales are completed.
4. Building Customer Relationships:
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat sales.
• Monitor customer satisfaction after sale and provide essential support.
5. Preparing Reports:
• Provide periodic reports on sales performance, potential customers, and market competition.
• Raise recommendations to improve the product or sales strategy.
6. Monitoring Market and Competition:
• Monitor competitors' movements and provide market analyses for management.
• Suggest marketing strategies or product modifications based on customer needs.
