Wateer Real Estate Development Company is seeking to attract PMO Operations Manager Engineer with high competency and solid experience in managing project operations within a professional real estate development environment, to contribute to the development of quality and sustainable projects.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

🛠️ Leading PMO Operations:

  • Supervising the daily operations of the PMO.

  • Developing and updating project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

📊 Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Preparing project performance reports and KPIs and submitting them to senior management.

  • Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

  • Providing analyses and reports that support decision-making.

📁 Preparing Documents and Engaging with Stakeholders:

  • Preparing technical specifications and contract awards for related parties.

  • Auditing dealings with engineering offices, contractors, and others.

🔧 Coordination and Technical Support:

  • Providing technical and advisory support throughout all project stages.

  • Contributing to solving technical and execution challenges.

Ensuring Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensuring that projects comply with governance and institutional standards.

  • Implementing quality control, risk management, and change management systems.

🚀 Development and Continuous Improvement:

  • Building the capabilities of the team through training and skill development.

  • Proposing improvements to processes in accordance with best practices.

  • Supporting and following up on project execution and ensuring adherence to plans and budgets.


🎓 Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent).

  • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent.

  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

  • High skills in leadership, analysis, and problem-solving.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
