  • Supervise the filling out of the forms used in the project.

  • All daily and weekly worker reports.
  • All payments to suppliers and workers and any expenses.
  • The engineer participates and checks the quantities of materials required for implementation as well as what is being executed continuously and records them in approved and numbered record books to refer to when preparing periodic account statements.
  • The engineer reviews the payroll account and signs it after correcting it and refers it to the project manager for the disbursement of its entitlements.
  • Inform management of any delays that may occur with an analysis of the causes and suggest ways to address that.
  • Ensure the efficiency of all workers on the project.
  • Provide weekly and monthly periodic reports to management about the progress of the work, including his observations.
  • Notify management of any problems that may arise during construction.
  • Inspect the work periodically and issue instructions to re-execute any works that do not conform to the specifications or plans.
