* Ability to handle social media programs.
* Supervising the daily workflow and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
* Managing the team and monitoring performance and schedules.
* Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Coordinating with management to improve service quality and increase operational efficiency.
