Plastic Bags Factory Supervisor
Tasks and Responsibilities
Complete supervision of the production process and ensuring smooth workflow with high efficiency and quality.
Monitoring production lines, improving performance, and reducing waste and faults.
Supervising the daily operational accounts related to production (costs, consumption, reports).
Monitoring and requesting raw materials (HDPE / LDPE / additives) and ensuring their availability in appropriate quantities and on time.
Preparing periodic reports for management on production, costs, inventory, and operational notes.
General supervision of the workforce inside the factory and organizing shifts and discipline.
Coordinating with management regarding operational plans and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous practical experience in plastic bag factories or plastic industries.
Good knowledge of production processes, raw materials, and quality control.
Ability to manage teams, take responsibility, and make decisions.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Preference for those with experience in operational accounting or production reports.
