Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold our values and service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:- Deliver professional and friendly service to guests.
- Lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Participate actively in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
- Keep Room Attendants informed of daily priorities.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance issues as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Strong training and organizational skills.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Fidelio is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Physical Requirements:- Frequent standing and walking.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift as needed.
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and ramps may be required.
