Scheduling appointments, confirming them, and updating the clinic's electronic system continuously. 4. Registering new patients' data and verifying its accuracy in the system. 5. Collecting payments from patients and issuing invoices and receipts. 6. Coordinating between doctors and patients to ensure smooth scheduling without overlaps. 7. Maintaining the confidentiality of medical and administrative information. 8. Monitoring cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area. 9. Handling initial complaints or observations from patients and forwarding them to management when necessary. 10. Collaborating with the accounting department regarding daily financial reconciliations. 11. Preparing daily reports on appointments, visits, and payments and delivering them to management. Representing ATMATA Agency in the field and communicating with beauty center owners and targeted establishments to introduce them to the cloud systems provided by the agency, convincing them to subscribe to the service, and following up with potential clients until the contract is completed. 

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Conducting daily field visits to targeted establishments according to the sales plan.

2. Presenting cloud system demonstrations in a professional and simplified manner.

3. Collecting potential client data (establishment name, contact number, owner or manager name).

4. Submitting daily reports on visits and conversion rates to the sales manager.

5. Achieving the monthly targets set for the number of subscriptions or meetings.

🕐 Working Hours (Part-time):

The representative works 4 hours daily at most, not exceeding 24 hours weekly, according to the following periods:

• Morning Period: from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Evening Period 1: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• Evening Period 2: from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
