Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during the inbound process.
  • Reject damaged or defective items back to the vendor and document the items accordingly.
  • Audit quality during picking and packing processes.
  • Monitor packaging standards throughout the packing process.
  • Perform daily audits of bins and provide weekly/daily reports to stakeholders.
  • Train store and hub associates on quality standards, SOPs, and packaging.
The role may require occasional weekend work, not exceeding a 40-hour work week.
