What Will You Do❓
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills - will never take a 'NO' personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
- A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
