About the RoleAs the Manager - Supply Chain Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance. Your mission is to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and lead strategic initiatives that elevate operational standards across Procurement, MRP, Demand Planning, Raw & Pack, and Agri/Protein Operations.
You will act as a catalyst for innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making—bringing best practices that align with business goals and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and MRP teams. Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions for stronger alignment and accountability. Lead regular coordination sessions focused on accuracy, inventory health, and service performance.
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Lead process mapping, optimization, and standardization initiatives. Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste and boost productivity. Define, develop, and track KPIs tied to efficiency and cost reduction.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making. Recommend strategic improvements based on solid analytics.
- Systems & Digital Transformation: Work with IT and system owners to enhance ERP, IBP, WMS, and other digital tools. Drive automation and digital transformation of supply chain processes. Ensure seamless integration across planning and execution systems.
- Dashboarding & Performance Visibility: Build and maintain real-time analytics dashboards (Power BI, SAC, etc.). Promote data literacy by training teams on dashboard interpretation.
- Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact projects focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and performance enhancement. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.
What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles. At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence. Certifications like Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and CSCP preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Proficiency in process optimization, Lean methodologies, and workflow enhancement. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. Ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams.
