ستكون مسؤولا عن إعداد وتنظيم مستندات الصرف، ومتابعة تحصيل الإيرادات وتوثيقها. كما تشمل مهامك تحليل البيانات المالية وإعداد القيود المحاسبية وتسجيل العمليات المالية في السجلات. سيكون لديك أيضا دور في تدقيق حسابات البنوك وإعداد التسويات اللازمة.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • تدقيق المطالبات المالية والتحقق من اكتمال شروطها القانونية والمالية.
  • إعداد وتنظيم وتوثيق مستندات الصرف.
  • متابعة تدقيق المطالبات وإجازتها للصرف من الجهات الرقابية المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة النفقات الجارية والرأسمالية.
  • إعداد الموقف المالي والخلاصات الشهرية.
  • تطوير أساليب وإجراءات المحاسبة.
  • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة في مجال محاسبة النفقات والإيرادات.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون لديك درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو نظم المعلومات المحاسبية أو الإدارة المالية أو الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال.
الشهادات المفضلة:
  • Certificate in Accounting Technician (CAT).
  • Certified Professional Manager (CAME - CPM).
  • زمالة الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين (SOCPA).

الخبرة:
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
