- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the appropriate product for them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the instructions in place and following the specific instructions for reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer through phone calls, text messages, postal mail, and all available means, and informing the customer about all new goods and services

- Following the management's instructions regarding labor laws that were previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)

• Safely load and offload raw materials and finished goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials or finished goods ensuring no damage occurs to goods or equipment.
• Deliver and return raw materials to and from various sections of the plant.
• Maintain the 5S system in the warehouse for optimal organization.

• Representing the establishment before courts (commercial, labor, and general) and quasi-judicial entities.
• Drafting and reviewing construction and commercial contracts to protect the establishment's interests.
• Providing legal advice to management and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia.
• Licensed practicing lawyer.
• Proficiency in drafting legal memoranda and familiarity with modern Saudi regulations.

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors.
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Must not have previously benefited from support from the Human Resources Development Fund.

• Condition Monitoring: Observe the state of assets and determine their status based on real-time data to optimize maintenance resources and minimize costs.
• Corrective Maintenance: Identify, isolate, and rectify faults to restore failed assets to operational condition.
• Maintenance Practices: Utilize knowledge of machinery, spare parts, and maintenance software to support operational efficiency.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Apply safety policies and regulations to protect personnel and property.
• Predictive Maintenance: Schedule maintenance based on condition monitoring results to prevent equipment failures.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, and products to identify deviations from standards.

• Assist in routine maintenance activities for SLV systems and equipment.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repair tasks.
• Follow maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.

• Saudi national (Fresh Graduate).
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of technical or maintenance concepts is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a technical field.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
