Full-time We need a receptionist to join the Echo team. Who we are looking for: a person who represents Echo's first face - welcoming clients, assisting them, and making them feel like they are in the right place. You will be responsible for: answering calls and messages with a smile (even if they can't see you!), booking appointments and coordinating schedules, helping clients and answering their inquiries patiently and kindly, organizing reception work and simple administrative tasks. What we need from you: you speak Arabic and English fluently, you have experience dealing with people and enjoy helping them, you can handle booking and appointment software, you pay attention to details and love order and organization, experience in the health or medical field is an additional advantage.
