About the Role
The Security & Safety Supervisor plays a vital operational role in supporting the resort’s overall safety and security framework. This position ensures the protection of guests, employees, and property while upholding the discreet, polished, and guest‑centric environment expected in a luxury 5‑star resort. The Supervisor is responsible for the smooth execution of daily security operations, proactive risk management, and consistent adherence to safety procedures, incident protocols, and regulatory requirements. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise day‑to‑day security and safety operations, ensuring full compliance with resort policies, emergency procedures, and applicable laws.
