Jumeirah The Red Sea.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in the short and long term.
- Execute the hotel's annual commercial plan.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, client events, and sales trips to expand the network and generate leads.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Leadership and team management skills.
