We are looking for a passionate and eloquent field marketer who has the ability to continue working on marketing and acquiring new locations for self-service sales.

The nature of the work includes:
• Direct field marketing
• Acquiring new locations in:
• Hotels
• Sports Clubs
• Shopping Malls
• Communicating with site managers and obtaining the necessary approvals
• Achieving the monthly target for site acquisition

• Project Planning: Prepare detailed project plans that include timelines, budget, and required resources.
• Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide them to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and monitor their use throughout the project duration.

• Act as a finance business partner to Plant Director, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
• Drive strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights related to cost, productivity, and investment performance.
• Lead the annual plant budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Manage detailed costing and controlling functions across different shop-wise cost centers.
• Implement standard costing, variance analysis, and relevant KPIs to evaluate financial performance.
• Support and enhance operational finance initiatives to optimize material utilization and labor productivity.
• Lead and mentor the manufacturing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing finance, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

• Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as a finance business partner to plant leadership, facilitating data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Costing & Controlling: Oversee detailed cost centers and implement standard costing and variance analysis.
• Operational Finance: Work closely with operations to enhance material utilization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• People Leadership: Mentor the manufacturing finance team and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities for team development and cross-functional collaboration.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
• 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing finance, ideally in the automotive or EV sector.

• Provide feedback on competition activities and suggest counteractions.
• Prepare special order requests and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure complete order fulfillment without leaving excess stock.
• Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy.
• Maintain professional business relationships and revisit lost customers.
• Open new accounts and ensure all documentation is valid.
• Facilitate customer training on our ECOM platform.
• Document and report customer complaints.
• Process customer orders through our systems.

• Manage and track sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and client relationship management.
• Experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Maintenance Plan: Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for all stores, distributing maintenance tasks and setting timelines to ensure all devices are operational.
• Maintenance Tasks: Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and resources, monitor corrective maintenance actions, and conduct weekly reviews with the team to adhere to Service Level Agreements.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to contribute to the maintenance budget, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
• Operations Management: Oversee petty cash for spare parts, manage vendor relationships to execute contracts effectively, and provide periodic reports on operational progress and budget use.

• Coordinate activities with the Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and tourism stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Plan and promote seasonal offers, packages, and special promotions for local and international guests.
• Supervise marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, website content, and campaigns.
• Maintain and enhance the hotel's online reputation across booking platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably with international brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Experience in the Saudi hospitality market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
